After you have signed up with Commission Junction:

- Click GET LINKS at the top
- Search for CAFEPRESS
- Apply to program
- Wait for approval
- Once approved, begin building your ads by clicking GET LINKS, then BY
RELATIONSHIP at subtop - Click view links under subcategory
- REPLACE in the url links BELOW where it says "YOURPID", insert your Account ID
from CJ.com.
